White Label Audits

White label SEO audit tools that put your name on the report, not ours.

Most platforms print their brand across the audit your client reads, then sell you the privilege of taking it off. AlmaSEO never puts it there. Fill in your business name and logo once and every audit you hand a client — technical, AI search, infrastructure, local — comes out as yours.

White label usually means paying to remove somebody’s logo.

It’s the standard arrangement. The tool runs the audit, puts its own name on the output, and then offers you a higher plan where that name goes away. You are effectively renting the absence of someone else’s branding — on a document your client thinks you wrote.

And it leaks in places nobody checks. The PDF is clean because that was the feature you paid for, but the print view isn’t. Or the emailed summary isn’t. Or the copy-to-clipboard text signs off with the vendor’s name, and you don’t find out until a client mentions the company they’ve never heard of.

AlmaSEO has no branding to remove, on any plan. You set your business name and logo once, in one place, and every client-facing audit output reads from it — the PDF, the print view, the copied summary, the emailed findings. There is no upsell for it because there is nothing to sell.

Which SEO audits come out under your brand.

Every audit below produces something you can hand over. All of them carry your name.

Technical SEO audit

Performance and SEO scores, Core Web Vitals with plain-English assessments, structured data found on the site, and which AI crawlers can reach it — across the homepage and your top pages. Downloads as a branded PDF.

AI search readiness

How quotable a page is to AI, scored, with the specific fixes that raise it. Exports as a PDF, a print view, or a summary you can paste straight into an email — all three carry your branding, not just the PDF.

Infrastructure report

DNS, SSL, hosting and email health for the client’s domain. The audit clients never ask for and always need, because it is the one that explains why the site went down.

Local citation audit

Where the business is listed, where the name, address and phone disagree, and what to correct. Built to print and hand over.

SEO recovery findings

When traffic drops, the diagnosis and the plan — written up as an email to the client, in your name, with the numbers from the audit already in it.

A technical SEO audit PDF headed with an agency's own name above the client's business name
The agency's name sits on the cover; the client's business name sits underneath it, as the subject. A summary counts critical issues, warnings, notes and passing checks, then names them — LCP is 5.7 s, well above the 2.5s threshold — before the Performance scores, the Core Web Vitals table, every page audited with its own score, the structured data found, whether an llms.txt is published, and which AI crawlers can reach the site. Every page footer reads Prepared by the agency. Nothing on it says AlmaSEO.

You set it once. Everything downstream follows.

There is no per-report branding step and nothing to remember before you send.

  1. Add your details

Business name and logo, entered once in your settings. The same pair every client-facing document reads from.

  2. Run the audit

Technical, AI search readiness, infrastructure, local citations — whichever the client needs.

  3. Hand it over

Download the PDF, print it, paste the summary, or send the findings as an email. Your name is already on all four.

Leave the details blank and the documents fall back to our name — which is the one case where AlmaSEO appears at all, and it stops the moment you fill the field in. There is no plan on which that field is unavailable.

What these white label audit tools don’t do.

Worth knowing before you plan a workflow around them.

Not every check produces a document.

The audits above all export. Core Web Vitals tracking and content freshness are read on screen inside AlmaSEO and have no client-facing export — the technical audit PDF is where Core Web Vitals reach a client.

The reports live on our address, not yours.

Branding covers the document: your name, your logo, no mention of us. It does not extend to a custom domain — you are sending a PDF or a link, not hosting a portal on your own hostname.

Clients don’t get logins.

There are no client user accounts to manage. What a client receives is a document you send, or a private portal link that needs no password.

Audits draw on a monthly allowance.

Deep audits are metered per plan rather than unlimited — three a month on Solo, ten on Pro, uncapped on Agency. The branding itself is on every plan, including the cheapest.

White label audit questions people actually ask.

Can I put my own logo on an SEO audit report?

Yes, on every plan. You add your business name and logo once in your settings, and every client-facing audit output reads from that — the technical audit PDF, the AI search readiness export, the infrastructure report, the local citation report and the emailed recovery findings. There is no higher tier that unlocks it, because it isn't locked.

Is there a “Powered by” badge to pay to remove?

No. AlmaSEO's name never appears on a client-facing audit in the first place, so there is nothing to remove and nothing to charge for. The only time our name shows up is if you haven't filled in your business name yet, and it stops as soon as you do.

Which audits can I actually hand to a client?

The technical SEO audit as a PDF; AI search readiness as a PDF, a print view or a pasteable summary; the infrastructure report as a PDF; the local citation report as a printable page; and SEO recovery findings as an email written in your name. Core Web Vitals tracking and content freshness are read inside AlmaSEO and have no separate export — Core Web Vitals reach the client through the technical audit PDF.

What's in the technical SEO audit PDF?

A summary counting critical issues, warnings, notes and passing checks, then each finding written in plain language. Under that: performance and SEO scores, a Core Web Vitals table with an assessment against each metric, every page audited with its own score, the structured data found on the site, whether an llms.txt is published, and which AI crawlers can reach the site.

Does white labelling cost extra?

No. It isn't a feature with a price — it's the absence of ours. What is metered is how many deep audits you run each month: three on Solo, ten on Pro, uncapped on Agency. The branding applies on all three.

Can I send the report from my own domain?

The document is yours — your name, your logo, no mention of us. Hosting it on your own hostname is a different thing, and AlmaSEO doesn't do that: you're sending a PDF, or a private link that needs no password. If what you want is a branded page a client returns to, that's the client portal.
